How to make a Christingle.
Ok, now we all know that Christmas is coming up, so we have to get you prepared! Christingles are amazing and yummy! Wonder how to make one?
Well, first and formost, you must have an orange. The orange in the Christingle represents the world. Choose the orange's size carefully, big ones will have more space to decorate.
Then you find or make a ribbon. This is traditionally ment to be red as it represents Jesus' blood when he died for us, but you can make one of your own by cutting out a strip of paper and decorating it however you like. You would take the strip and tape it around the center of the orange. I know in the picture the ribbon is tied around the candle but you can do it differently as to how you feel.
Next, you get a piece of foil and place it over where the candle would be. You get a pare of scissors and stab it in the center of the foil. This should make a hole threw the orange as well as the foil. Now, you hold the foil in place and poke your candle threw the foil to the orange. The foil is important as it is a candle dish for the wax to drip on, that and the foil is pretty and shiny at night too! When the candle is lit, it represents... well, light. We need light in the dark to see like we need the love of God.
Now it's time to put on the sweets! Get four tooth picks and some soft sweets. Place the sweets on the tooth pick in any way you like. On the picture, there is only one on each stick but you can add as many as you want! The four tooth picks represent the four seasons on Earth and the sweets are traditionally ment to be dried fruits, which would represent the fruit and veg on Earth.
Finish off your Christingle by stabbing the tooth picks into the orange and decorate it however you want e.g. with stickers.
Put it on a window or somewhere for everyone to see (if you want) and after Christams is over.... you get to, EAT IT!
Merry Christmas everyone!

How to carve a pumpkin.
First, buy yourself a pumpkin! You can choose the size depending on how experienced you are at this. Larger pumpkins usually have thicker skins which is harder to carve!
Next, get a knife and cut a whole around the side of the pumpkin for like a lid to fit the candles in which would make the pumpkin GLOW!
Take a big spoon and scoop out all the pumpkin "meat". Scoop it in to a bowl as it's edible!
Now time to decide your design. You could go out a buy a pumpkin design sheet which would be out all over the place in Halloween! But if you can't be bothered, you could always find it on the internet!
Ok, you are ready to carve! Get out a saftey pin or sewing neadle and put your design on top of your pumpkin. Now trace around the design with your pin.
When you've done that, lift up the design and you should be left withe some dotted marks from the design. Get a knife and start carving on the lines! It's just like dot to dot!
After that, push the carved pices through and there you go!
Go for a touch of pumpking magic that would make your pumpkin GLOW! Light a small candle and pop it inside the pumpkin! And you've got yourself a glowing pumpkin! All ready for Halloween!!!!!!!!! Lets go and get some candy!
